MultiSketch Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MultiSketch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or attempt to evade moderation controls.
3. Gameplay, Guest Access, and Availability
Guest play may be time-limited and feature-limited. Account-based access is subject to service uptime, maintenance windows, and abuse prevention controls.
MultiSketch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features can change, pause, or be removed at any time.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Renewals
MultiSketch may offer paid one-time purchases and paid subscriptions. Subscription offerings are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
For purchases made in the iOS app through Apple, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
For purchases made on the web, checkout and billing may be processed by Stripe. One-time purchases do not auto-renew, and recurring subscriptions can be managed through the provided billing management flow.
Prices may change with notice where required. Refunds are handled by the platform used for purchase (Apple or Stripe) and are subject to that platform's policies.
If your account is banned, suspended, or terminated for violating these Terms of Service or the MultiSketch Acceptable Use Policy, any active subscription or paid entitlement on that account may be cancelled. Except where required by applicable law in Canada (including applicable federal or provincial consumer protection laws), amounts already paid are non-refundable.
5. User Content and License
You remain responsible for usernames, chat messages, and drawings submitted through the service. By submitting content, you grant MultiSketch a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content for operating, securing, and improving the game.
You represent that you have rights to content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may remove content or apply enforcement actions, including warning, mute, room removal, account suspension, or network restrictions, where behavior violates policy or threatens platform safety.
We may use automated and manual systems to detect abuse, harassment, spam, evasion, or other violations.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiSketch disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination and Changes to Terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
