We collect information needed to run and secure MultiSketch, including:
- account details you submit, such as username and email address;
- authentication and session metadata, including login attempts and timestamps;
- technical data such as IP address, user agent, and device/session identifiers;
- gameplay data such as messages, room activity, XP progression, and title selections.

- to provide account login, gameplay, and profile progression features;
- to detect abuse, enforce policy, and maintain service security;
- to investigate incidents, diagnose issues, and improve reliability;
- to communicate service updates or support responses when needed.
3. Legal Bases and Retention
We process data to provide requested services, protect legitimate platform interests (including anti-abuse enforcement), and comply with legal obligations.
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, moderation, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and security providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and processing controls.

MultiSketch is not intended for collecting sensitive personal data. Do not submit health, financial, or other highly sensitive information through usernames, chat, or drawings. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We conduct regular audits both manually and using automated tools to detect sensitive data including personally identifiable information of persons under 13, and we remove such data when identified.

Account deletions are handled on an individual basis. Please contact us for assistance via [email protected] with your username and email address. Your deletion request may take up to 30 days to process in the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.
